Recipe's For The Week Of 5/11/09
Baked Russian Chicken: (Renee Sproles)
*Ingredients:
1. Chicken (thighs and legs or breasts)
2. 1 bottle Russian/Catalina dressing
3. 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4. 1 jar orange marmelade
*What to do:
1. Mix and pour the above ingredients over chicken in 9X13 pan.
2. Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
Pork Chops:
*Marinate in Italian Dressing or Bar-b-q sauce and grill out!
Crockpot Lasagna: (Meghan Tucker)
*Ingredients:
1. 1 lb. chuck
2. 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3. 1 (28oz) jar spaghetti sauce
4. 8 Lasagna Noodles
5. 1 (4oz) can mushrooms
6. 1 (15oz) carton ricotta cheese
7. 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
*What to do:
1. Brown meat and seasoning, drain.
2. Spray bottom of crockpot with PAM.
3. Place 4 uncooked noodles in lightly greased pot.
4. Layer with beef mixture, sauce, and mushrooms.
5. Spread evenly with ricotta cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzerella.
6. Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce mixture, mushrooms, and mozz. cheese.
7. Cover, cook on high for 1 hour.
8. Reduce heat and cook on low for 5 hours.
