Scrumptious Sunday: Easy Meatloaf

Easy Meatloaf (Having this Wednesday night)
*Makes 2 loaves
*Ingredients*
2 lbs ground beef
1 box seasoned stuffing mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
*Directions*
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together, and form 2 loaves.
3. Place in 9X13 pan, and bake for 1 hour.
4. Top with additional barbecue sauce and return to oven for 15 minutes longer
