Gratitude Community: #51-62
When was the last time you gave thanks for all you've been given? I found this challenge through a friend and cannot thank her enough for this. I'm seeing things in a new light. Take time and give thanks, even for the little things!

51. a cool, refreshing pool to swim in
52. a random stranger complimenting us on how well behaved the children are
53. organic chocolate milk
54. fresh vegetables in a salad
55. the gift of grace from my heavenly father.
56. baby "jabber" over the baby monitor.
57. fresh linen
58. the archives from my blog - being encouraged and convicted all over again after reading.
59. talented christian artists who are blessed with the gift of music - casting crowns, chris tomlin, hillsong, etc. It's because of them and the Lord directing them, we have amazing praise and worship music.
60. my mom
61. my mother in law.
62. the gift of motherhood.

What a great challenge. I need to be more proactive about giving thanks in my life.
It's a great habit (but it's getting harder as I "use up" more & more of the things I think of!).
Those are truly blessings to be thankful for! (I may have to add Christian artists to my list next week. I'm thankful for them too!)

Wow! Great reminder. I guess if we're so busy thanking we won't have time to worry about what we think is lacking!
Thank you everyone for your sweet comments!
What a sweet list. I've been doing it since January (but didn't get to it today - ducking head...) and find that I'm finding blessings EVERYWHERE in all kinds of circumstances that I would usually be tempted to complain in!
Nice list. Love 55 and 59 and how nice for 52. By the way your Sunday Baked Ziti looks really good! (the instuctions do not showup though).
I didn't know you were part of this - SO cool. Love the list. SO many things to be thankful for! :-)
