Scrumptious Sunday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Who doesn't love a good, tender pot roast! Its a favorite at our house!
*Ingredients*
1.5 lb roast (I get the Tender Roast from Kroger)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can (from soup can) of water
1 pkg dried onion soup mix
*Directions*
1. Spray crockpot with Pam.
2. Place roast in the crockpot.
3. Mix together the mushroom soup and 1 can water.
4. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top of roast.
5. Pour the soup mixture on top of roast.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
