The Best Banana Pudding
I made the best banana pudding today! Normally I'm not a big fan of it, but man, this stuff is great! Joe is already asking when I'm going to make it again :)
*Ingredients:
1 (8oz) package cream cheese
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix'
3 cups cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 8oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12oz) pkg vanilla wafers
*Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
2. Line the bottom of a 9X13 pan with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.
3. (Not shown in picture but added later) Another banana sliced on top for topping.

That's exactly like my recipe, but I use Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies in a layer across the bottom- and again across the top. It makes for a great presentation. YUMMY!
