Giveaway: Celebrating The Season - An Advent Study
I'm excited to offer a giveaway today with Maggie from A Bokros Kind Of Life. She is offering one lucky reader of mine a copy of her e-Book "Celebrating The Season - An Advent Study". I got a chance to read trough this a few days ago and LOVED it. You can read about my review of this book here. Maggie is a homeschooling mom of four girls and she blogs about the crazy life God has given her.
What's included in this book? Celebrating The Season: An Advent Study is a walk through scripture that begins with the fall of man in the Garden of Eden and ends with the birth of our Savior. This study is a perfect way for children and adults alike to focus their hearts on the true meaning of the Christmas season. The book includes 25 Days, each with a scripture passage, printable ornament, discussion focus, and activities outlined by age. There is a short supply list detailing the items you will need to gather ahead of time for the study as well as a resources list at the end. It is my hope in writing this that your family will gain a better understanding of why Jesus came to the earth as a tiny baby in a manger and how that applies to your life today in a relevant way; anticipating His birth and making special family memories along the way!
This is a quick giveaway so it will end on 12/3/10 at 9am CST.
